Payment Policy: Payment schedules must be followed and Full Payment is required in full by the payment deadline to attend our events! Late payments may result in forfiet of your spot and payments.
*Travel Insurance: Not provided.
*Cancellation Policy: No refunds of any kind will be permitted even if you cannot make the event. All sales are final.
*Itinerary Accuracy: We do our best to stick to the itinerary but changes may occur due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary. We will notify guests of any significant changes as soon as possible.
*Third Party Providers: We are not responsible for the actions of third party providers. (hotels, cooks, transportation, etc.)
*Disclaimer of Certification:
Our agents, admins, or trip planners are not certified travel agents or a registered business. They offer travel planning services on an informal basis, driven by personal interest and experience. We act only as facilitators for travel arrangements. We are not responsible for the actual services provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel service providers.
* Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of details provided by third-party providers. Clients are responsible for verifying all information.
* Informal Arrangement: This is an informal travel planning arrangement. Clients should understand that the level of service may differ from that of a professional travel agency.
* Chef disclaimer: Our chefs providing services may not be a certified or licensed chef. Services are offered based on personal skill, not formal certification. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our food.
*Respectful behavior: You must respect our events, travelers, and locals. No fighting or disrupting will be tolerated. Any disruptions may result in your mandatory relocation at your own expense and at the discretion of trip admins with no refund. You agree to not engage in or condone any illegal, unethical, or immoral behavior.
* Liability: Each person is responsible for their own safety and belongings. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during trips. Activity participation, alcohol or drug consumption, and amenity use is all at your own risk. Guest must be over the age of 21 to participate.
We are not liable for events that occur beyond our control. (natural disasters etc.)
Serverability: If one clause if found to be unenforceable the remaining clauses will still be valid.
*Compliance with laws: Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations
*Health and Fitness: Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are healthy and fit enough to participate in trips and activities.
* Cleaning: Please clean up after yourself to help us maintain a clean environment. At departure please make sure you have all of your belongings.
*Requirements: Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary passports, visas, and vaccinations.
*Consent: By attending our events you agree to, understand, and vow to abide by our terms and conditions.
*Photo Consent: By attending our events you consent to our use of your photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes.
* Damages: Guest are responsible for any damages they cause to the property or other guest.
*Amendments: We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
